Depending on your booking type, you may be eligible for:

  • Partial refunds after the free cancellation window
  • Date changes instead of cancellations

Refund Process

If your booking qualifies for a refund:

  • Refunds are processed after cancellation is confirmed
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment method
  • You will be notified once your refund is initiated

Pending Confirmations

For payments awaiting verification:

  • Cancellation requests can still be submitted
  • Refunds will only be processed after payment confirmation
  • Our team will guide you through the process

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Trips / Bookings
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click on Cancel Booking and follow the prompts
